If you're a first time patient and don't know what to book, this is it! A unique acupuncture spa experience perfect for treating chronic pain, headaches, migraines, neck and back pain, digestive disorders and most other conditions.
This gentle acupuncture and massage treatment includes Red and NIR light therapy, Infrared TDP lamp, topical herbal medicines and essential oils, followed by massage, cupping, reflexology, and hot towels. All customized to create the perfect treatment for you.

This treatment is best used in combination with our acupuncture facials. Acupuncture gets deeper to affect the muscles of the face, while microneedling stimulates the surface of the skin.

Payment and Insurance Information
At Artizen Acupuncture, we operate as a cash-based clinic, meaning we do not bill insurance companies directly for services. Payment is due at the time of your appointment, we accept all major credit cards.
However, many insurance providers may cover acupuncture treatments as an out-of-network service. If you'd like to seek reimbursement, we can provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) that includes the necessary codes for you to submit to your insurance provider. Please note, it is your responsibility to verify coverage and submit claims, as we cannot guarantee reimbursement.
Cancellation & Late Policy
I understand that life happens—unexpected things come up, schedules shift, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness for all clients and to respect the time I set aside just for you, I kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice when making any changes to your appointment.
If you are unable to provide 24 hours’ notice:

First late cancellation: A $75 fee will be charged to the card you have on file.

Second late cancellation or cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice: The full cost of your scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. This must be paid before booking your next appointment. Multiple late cancellations or reschedules may result in future appointments being paused until we discuss how to move forward.
If you can’t make your appointment, you’re always welcome to send a friend, family member, or colleague in your place—I truly appreciate referrals!
No-Shows
If you miss an appointment without contacting me beforehand, it will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will be charged to the card on file.
Arriving Late
Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for parking, restroom use, and settling in. If you arrive earlier than that, the door may be locked if I'm with another patient.
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened so that the next appointment can begin on time. In some cases, if there isn’t enough time to provide an effective treatment, we may need to reschedule, and the cancellation fee will apply.
